    For a worldwide leader in Energy – Governance transformation project (4 months):
    • Conducted interviews with all business units and geographies stakeholders to gather expectations and align people on the proposed approach
    • Designed and implemented a tailored methodology for the project
    • Prepared and presented regular steering committees

    For a worldwide leader in Industry - Global reorganization strategy project (6 months):
    • Designed the end-to-end process operating models for Order to Cash (O2C) and HR domains (flowcharts, RACI, KPIs, use-cases) during workshops with the clients
    • Defined the Transformation Story and Q&A of the new organization to be communicated to all employees
    • Participated in designing the new organizational charts at N-3 level for the whole Group

    • Designed a 3-year strategic roadmap for a specific business unit

    2013 - 2013 * Researched, analysed and reported to the Front Office the impact of errors in databases on the Value at Risk ;
