The support covered assistance from the hypervisor layer to the hosted servers and services provided. The environments consisted in multiple Active Directory forests where we have to manage the OUs, the objects, defining / supporting DHCP scopes , network services: CIFS\NFS\RDS, high availability solutions (clustering, network load balancers), RDBMS engines (MS SQL mainly), web servers (Apache, IIS), message queues, Terminal Services\RDS, Antivirus and Backup software.
Level 2 administration for over 1000 IBM blade chassis, 300 DELL blade chassis, 300 NetApp shelves, 3000 ESX instances, 15000 Windows Servers.
