• Identifying potential areas for cooperation, or areas of interest or EU competence;
• Drafting of reports and information notices; carrying out research on topis related to external relations and democracy;
• Asistant to the Head of the Delegation and Deputies: meeting briefings, managing agenda, calendar, travel, etc.;
• Assisting with the daily running and tasks at the EU Delegation: payment of invoices, contacting suppliers, etc.

• Assisting the AER Secretariat team working at the Sub-Committee on Youth and Citizenship (part of the AER Committee 3 for Education, Culture, Youth, International Cooperation);

• Assisting with preparation of the AER European Citizens' Forum, AER Most Youth Friendly European Region Award, AER Summer School 2011, Youth Regional Network events, Report on Regional Youth Participation, Peer Reviews on Youth Employment (project co-financed by the EU PROGRESS Programme);
• Preparing newsletters, drafting position papers, updating the AER website, translating documents.
