  Paris 2006 - 2010 In charge of validation of product and processes of suppliers for the whole Branch at world level.
  I coordinated a team of Division Supplier Quality Managers located in nine different countries.
  I coached them for the deployment of QRQC activities and San Gen Shugi attitude – the most innovative approach for continuous improvement - as well as the suppliers to reduce scraps, logistics incidents, project issues and accidents.
  MAIN ACHIEVEMENTS: coaching of SQ Managers for the reduction of 36 % of quality incidents

• VALEO MANAGEMENT SERVICES - CORPORATE STRATEGY TRAINER

  2003 - 2006 Responsible of corporate trainings for managers, including coaching of Division Management Committees in order to implement workshops (5S, Hoshin, SMED, Auto Quality,….) and to define action plans for improving financial results.
  MAIN ACHIEVEMENTS: Site Support and coaching provided to international Management teams to help improve profitability of the business.

• VALEO MANAGEMENT SERVICES - GROUP PURCHASING QUALITY, METHODS AND TOOLS MANAGER

  2002 - 2003 Responsible of the Purchasing Quality network at Group level.
  I coordinated the updating of the documentation (procedures, standards, training supports) related with the purchasing department and supported the Branches in order to deploy the standard tools defined at Group level and followed up of their application.
  MAIN ACHIEVEMENTS: launching of standards and weekly management reports applied at Group level.

• VALEO SECURITY SYSTEMS - BRANCH QUALITY TASK FORCE MANAGER

  1999 - 2002 Coordination of activities to put in place quality tools in the different plants of the Branch.
  I took in charge the interdepartmental coordination to solve quality problems created by the process shared among several plants.
  I also was in charge of the physical transfer of production parts between suppliers, ensuring the coordination of all activities related, including the qualification of the process.
  MAIN ACHIEVEMENTS: Elimination of super controls imposed by one key customer

• VALEO NEIMAN ARGENTINA S.A. - QUALITY DIRECTOR

  1994 - 1999 Responsible in charge of facilitate the developing of the major quality tools, PQA process, product and process audits, application of problem solving group methods and participating in the improvement of shop floor manufacturing process.
  As a Quality Director, I was in charge to develop the quality assurance system and the deployment of the total quality policy, coordinating a team of people split in two different plants.
  I was the responsible to interface with all levels of both, the internal and external organizations, also participating in the day-to-day operational issues related to quality and production, being in consequence the project leader of the transfer of three production lines from Argentina to Brazil.
  MAIN ACHIEVEMENTS: Certification of quality system according to EAQF’94 and transfer of production lines on time without quality catastrophes.
