    Deal size: up to US$300 million. Project team: up to 60 persons.
    - Built-up from scratch a large network in Indonesia and Malaysia -> Identified and qualified 160 investment opportunities;
    - Set-up, led and motivated multicultural and pluridisciplinary project teams to conduct 20 due-diligences. Presented their results before ENGIE decision-making bodies -> Negotiated and completed the acquisition of 2 new exploration licenses (> US$40 million)
  • ENGIE E&P - Senior Business Development Manager / M&A Project Manager

    COURBEVOIE 2010 - 2013 Business Development Manager in charge of our M&A activities in the Netherlands, Qatar, Peru, Indonesia, etc...
    Deal size: up to US$300 million. Project team: up to 60 persons
    - Identified and qualified 60 investment opportunities;
    - Negotiated and completed the acquisition of one new exploration license (> US$20 million) in Indonesia;
    - Conducted, negotiated and completed the sale of over US$500 million of E&P assets;
    - Created and evaluated the development of a new integrated “E&P to Power” business model, and more particularly in Peru (Won an “Innovation Trophy”)
  • ENGIE E&P - Asset Manager Algeria / Business Developer

    COURBEVOIE 2009 - 2010 Support business development activities in Algeria.
    Project team: up to 12 persons.
    - Negotiated and closed the acquisition of one new exploration license in Algeria (> US$20 million)
  • ENGIE - Senior Business Development Manager / Project Manager

    COURBEVOIE 2007 - 2009 Business Development Manager in charge of the acquisition/predevelopment of power generation projects (CCGT).
    Project size: up to US$700 million. Project team: up to 12 persons.
    - Co-developed a tailor-made and innovative solution to help one of our key petrochemical client optimizing its electrical;
    - Studied the predevelopment of greenfield merchant plants (negotiation of EPC and O&M contracts) in France, in close relationships with local authorities and RTE
  • ENGIE - Business Development Manager / Project Manager

    COURBEVOIE 2002 - 2007 Business Development Manager in charge of the development & sales of a combined “Hydrogen / BtoB services” offer.
    Project size: up to US$80 million. Project team: up to 10 persons.
    - Co-developed an innovative offer integrating the sale of both Hydrogen and associated BtoB services for our key customers (Refining, petrochemical/chemical, glass and steel industries) in Europe
  • Thales - Technical Project Coordinator

    Courbevoie 1998 - 2000 In charge of the G&G aspects of commercial bids and services.

    - Advised the management team in all G&G aspects (HR, materials, feasibility,…) while submitting commercial proposals or providing our services (up to 20 MUSD)
