As today the company has 2 industrial sites in Cameroon: Bonabéri and Figuil; with approximately 500 employees and an annual production capacity of 1.5 million tons generating FCFA 95 billion in revenue in 2012.
  
  Responsibilities:
  * identifying training and development needs within an organization through job analysis,
  * designing and expanding training and development program based on the needs of the organization and the individual;
  * developing effective safety and integration induction programs;
  * managing the delivery of training and development programs monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers;
  * ensuring that statutory training requirements are met; ;

  * organisation of several training sessions and workshops (in collaboration with LAFARGE training center and suppliers)
  * following up of the Certification process ;
  * Trainings of patrollers, control room operators, quality control shift operators, Inspectors, planners and process technicians (preparation, assessment, training, evaluation, reporting) ;

• LAFARGE - Production Engineer & trainer

  Paris 2009 - 2010 Responsibilities:
  * overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule;
  * making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality;
  * monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed;
  * being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment;
  * ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed;
  * identifying training needs; ;
  * designing equipment, first level inspection checklists and their application in the Plant;
  * drafting of procedures and planned tasks to be executed during operation and shutdown periods in the production department;
  * drafting of the operating instructions and risk assessments of all repetitive tasks of the production department. ;

• LAFARGE - Operational Preparation of the BK5 project (new grinding line)

  Paris 2007 - 2008 Bonabéri plant / Douala-Cameroon (2007-2008) : Operational Preparation of the BK5 project (new grinding line)
  Responsibilities:
  * creation of inspection standard operating procedure ;
  * creation of lubrication standard operating procedure ;
  * development of a preventive maintenance plan ;
  * creation of equipment datasheets
  * ordering spare parts after 02 years ;
  * collection and Classification of technical documentation of equipment ;
  * creation of patrolling Checklists ;
  * developing energy isolation procedures of all equipment ;
  * follow the installation of equipment on site
  * organise operators trainings ;

  * The successful operational preparation of the new Ball Mill Project BK5 at the Lafarge Bonaberi Plant and the effective mastering (maintenance and exploitation) of that new Workshop. ;
  * Good organisation of several training sessions and workshops (in collaboration with LAFARGE training center and Suppliers) with respect to the New Ball Mill Project .
