I have 16 years’ experience in the industry in general and 11 years in the cement industry and I held several management positions in Production and Maintenance Department.
These various responsibilities, training and internships, allowed me of acquiring solid knowledge in the cement industry.
Today, I have a perfect knowledge in various fields ( Safety and environment, technology and functioning of all the production equipments, cement manufacturing process ,Kiln and mill operations, first level and specifics inspections, Lubrication, shutdown planning, management of spare parts …)
From now, I would like to continue and spend the rest of my career in the manufacture of cement, training, coaching and developing People.

    Paris 2014 - maintenant Lafarge is the undisputed leader of cement in Cameroon and Central Africa. As today the company has 2 industrial sites in Cameroon: Bonabéri and Figuil; with approximately 500 employees and an annual production capacity of 1.5 million tons generating FCFA 95 billion in revenue in 2012.
