    Founded the company in Paris. Obtained the licenses, opened the office, recruited staff, developed of the operations etc. As Instinet was the first electronic matching broker there was much opposition from the Paris Stock Exchange.
    Operation was profitable and ranked in top quartile of Paris Equity Houses.
