    2006 - 2007 Design of Wimax deployment for Antenna Hungaria (AH).Business development of Internet provider services with lowest cost networks.•tAs a core member of the Focus Topic “Lowest Cost Networks”, I supported Swisscom activities with Antenna Hungaria (bought by Swisscom in July 2005, sold in May 2007). • Developed a product description for the Szeged region from the operator and customer point of view. • Evaluated the competitor’s offers in all Hungary and I produced comprehensive competitor analysis documentation. • Run a traffic analysis to evaluate customer needs. • Conducted negotiations with MVM (electrical company and optical fiber backbone provider) to create a partnership with them to build together a Wimax trial. Improved the business case for Szeged with the new inputs from this partnership. • Created a proposal of a voice product for the Hungarian market and I designed the Voice over IP architecture to support this offer.

    2005 - 2006 Define, manage and execute projects in the field of future network services to influence strategic directions of the company. Support and exploration projects.• Managed projects on smart multi-access networking, seamless voice and data, on the IP network evolution (wireless and fixed), mesh networks and WLAN sharing. The support projects were mainly for the Mobile Unlimited product (Patents US 8045974 and US7995573), WiMAX business case and deployments, and WLAN initiatives.• Demonstrated the feasibility of an always-updated email solution waking-up via the GSM network a “sleeping” laptop and also a mobile data call solution, sending data to someone independently of the device used (EPO Patent EP1940096).

    2000 - 2004 Project leader and deputy of Program “communication services”. Support and exploration projects for business units. • The first projects I have led at Swisscom were related to optical networks, the routing infrastructure and the future optical transport switches. The projects were dealing with the optical transport platform set up by Swisscom Fixnet (FWS). • From 2002 I managed projects in wireless networking and specially WLAN business opportunities (Public Wireless LAN). In 2004 I led the first official trial in Switzerland using fixed WiMAX equipment (by Aperto) in the 3.6GHz Band.• As deputy of the Program Manager (PM) I explored person-to-person and person-to-content communication services that seamlessly integrate a wide range of networks, applications, services and devices.• Researched on technologies such as voice over IP, and UMTS/EDGE, to promote multimedia convergence services, and exploit synergies between fixed, mobile, Internet and IT services.
