Over the past 16 years, I worked in Hong Kong, Paris and currently in Singapore.
I was offered to handle big challenges such as wide international projects, creation of new department, switching to unknown environment, setting an offshore center in Singapore and working actively in transformation plan on worldwide IT.
I have a real expertise on management, offshoring implementation and organization transformation.

I don't like monotonous environement and get motivated when leading, managing complex situations, building new strategy and conducting organization transformation.
I really enjoy working in a multi-cultural environment.
Along with making sure to achieve the targets, I am people focus.

    Montrouge 2014 - maintenant - Running the IT Production Services in Singapore, for both APAC region and Head Quarters (Paris/London) as an offshore center.
    - Currently managing 210+ people from different cultures and backgrounds.
    - Contributing to the IT strategy definition and rolling it out
  • CA CIB - Singapore - Director - APAC Head of Infrastructure & Infrastructure Offshore center

    2011 - 2014 I have two roles (covering ~130 people):

    - Responsible for APAC IT Infrastructure

    - Head of IT Infrastructure offshore center in Singapore
    o Taking care, remotely from Singapore, of operations on Paris (HO) & London IT infrastructure.
    o Creation of the offshore center from scratch
    o Building the team
    o Implementation of new governance
    o Adaptation of processes and ways of working
    o Industrialisation aiming at improving quality and reducing costs

  • Crédit Agricole CIB - Responsable Sécurité Informatique - Head of IT Security - CISO

    Montrouge 2009 - 2011 Creation of this new department in IT

    Managing a team (20 people – 4.5 M€) in charge of wolrdwide IT Security strategy for CA-CIB (& control it is well applied)covering three areas : infrastructure, applications, IT crisis management.

    Objectives:
    · To reduce the operational risk
    · To comply with regulations
    · To evangelise security within IT
    · To define security norms & standards to be applied within all IT
    · To control the well application of security norms & standards

    Achievement:
    · Creation of the team and definition of the associated governance
    · Definition of the 3-years roadmap
    · Implementation of a control plan covering all IT

  • Calyon - Resp. Réseaux et Télécom

    Montrouge 2008 - 2009 Managing a team (46 people) in charge of:
    ·Defining infrastructure norms and standards and propagating them over the world (56 countries),
    ·Handling infrastructure projects,
    ·Insuring security of the whole network,
    ·Providing network and security services 24/7/365

    Objectives:
    ·To define the infrastructure strategy,
    ·To satisfy all business lines needs, to follow and support their development,
    ·To deliver services on time and under a strict control of budget and quality,
    ·To participate in the organisation of all IT teams,
    ·To insure the production of the infrastructure

    Achievement:
    ·Sold internal expertise to other entities of Credit Agricole group,
    ·Animating the relationship with international,
    ·New datacenter in Paris: in charge of telecom architecture and strong negociation,
    ·Clause work with internal audit


    In addition, I'm in charge of a team (5 people) transverse to the networks and telecommunications division and in charge of:
    ·Negotiating Telecommunications products on a worldwide scope,
    ·Ensuring quality functions (processes & procedures, ITIL…) for the division,
    ·Managing the telecommunications budget.
    ·Killing & optimising telecom costs,


    Objectives:
    ·To satisfy business needs and evolutions of all business units,
    ·To optimise infrastructure solutions and costs, with a worldwide scope,
    ·To select and implement a wide range of products,
    ·To administer, to maintain and optimise the HQ Telecom Budget (10 M€),
    ·To ensure the appropriate follow-up and reporting,

    Achievements:
    ·All objectives met in terms of technology, costs, delays and quality of service,
    ·Recognized as a key actor in all business units for their development,
    ·New negotiation of all contracts, launching demanding Request for Proposals,
    ·Initiated migrations to new technologies and/or different providers on time,
    ·Processes improvement, applying ITIL methodology,
    ·Strong relationship with the suppliers: technology innovations, setting master agreements, making a new close follow-up of the contracted services,
    ·Continuous and updated feedback on the telecommunications market to in-house senior bankers financing telecommunication projects; good knowledge of the international telecom market,

  • CALYON Paris - Telco, Quality and Finance manager

    2005 - 2008 Managing a team transverse to the network and telecommunications division and in charge of:
    - Negotiating Telecommunications products on a worldwide scope,
    - Ensuring quality functions for the division,
    - Managing the telecom budget.

    Objectives: The main objectives are to satisfy business needs and evolutions of all business units in terms of telecoms and to optimise infrastructure solutions and costs, with a worldwide scope. This requires a good knowledge of the international telecom market, strong negotiations with telecom operators, good relationship skills. With a large range of products, I administer, maintain and optimise the HQ Telecom Budget and ensure the appropriate follow-up and reporting.
  • Credit Agricole Indosuez - IT Project Leader

    2002 - 2005 Objectives: The objective was to handle projects within the network and telecommunications division and generally with a worldwide scope.

    Achievements: During the merge Credit Agricole – Credit Lyonnais, I had to organise the merge in terms of network between the two entities. I worked closely with local ITs to achieve their move into new premises within their country, to rationalise the infrastructures, to insure compliance with the security policy. This required technical background and coordination capabilities in order to manage all participants (different nationalities, local sensibility, and professional skills). Apart from these projects, I carried out with success the following ones: Paris dealing room migration, new dealing room in Warsaw, move of Johannesburg branch, move of Madrid dealing room.
    When needed, I insured the interim of the network team manager.
  • Credit Agricole Indosuez (HONG KONG) - Network Project Leader - Hong Kong

    2000 - 2002 Objectives: Responsible for network migrations within Asia Pacific region on behalf of Head Quarters.
    Achievements: Directly under resposability of the Head of Regional IT, I carried out the migration of largest Asian sites (Tokyo, Bangkok, Singapore, Hong Kong). I had to take account the local specificities and business requirements, proposed new network designs and coordinated the preparation and the migration. All migrations were successfull without any service interruption. I proposed appropriate reporting to HQ.
