Credit Agricole Indosuez
- IT Project Leader
2002 - 2005
Objectives: The objective was to handle projects within the network and telecommunications division and generally with a worldwide scope.
Achievements: During the merge Credit Agricole – Credit Lyonnais, I had to organise the merge in terms of network between the two entities. I worked closely with local ITs to achieve their move into new premises within their country, to rationalise the infrastructures, to insure compliance with the security policy. This required technical background and coordination capabilities in order to manage all participants (different nationalities, local sensibility, and professional skills). Apart from these projects, I carried out with success the following ones: Paris dealing room migration, new dealing room in Warsaw, move of Johannesburg branch, move of Madrid dealing room.
When needed, I insured the interim of the network team manager.
