As a Senior Marketing and Finance strategist with more than 10 years of international experience, I bring value to my environment with integrity and enthusiasm. I am passionate about Digital Transformation and fully engaged by delivering results while businesses change.

I am resilient to challenges that I transform into opportunities. This was recognised by my company with a silver award in June 2017 for “delivering results in an uncertain world”.

In London, I am currently a member of the largest corporate restructuring team in history; globally GE is selling all of Capital assets. I have piloted corporate financial services, leading treasury operations that have been efficient for the company.

In France, I was part of the CEO staff as a Marketing Manager for developing innovation and strategy.

Previously I had other challenging opportunities in which I developed my marketing and finance skills as a dedicated manager working in other financial services, fast moving consumer goods, wine & spirits and luxury companies in global environments.

Following on GE Capital divestiture, I am currently exploring new opportunities.

  • General Electric - Corporate Finance Services Treasury and Project Manager Center of Excellence

    Paris 2015 - maintenant Part of GE's transformation into an industrial digital company while divesting the Capital Business, I am a member of the largest corporate restructuring team in history; globally GE is selling all of Capital assets.

    • Piloted simplification strategies on key platforms that were under my scope across businesses with corporate finance services, leading treasury operations that have been efficient for the company. (participation on projects Hubble & Rivers)
    • Dealt with strong structural changes within corporate applications, key stakeholders, teams and processes, demonstrating resilience and engagement in transformation allowing the company to grow and transform.
    • Built strong relationships globally with networks & stakeholders (internal- external).
    • Ensured the execution of large transactions during these key sales achieving the business objectives and deadlines.
    • Engaged a team of 3-4 senior analysts.
    • Received an “Above & beyond Silver award” for delivering results in an uncertain world for my extensive support on simplification projects.
    • Piloted the good execution of transactions and operations bind to legal agreements- successfully coordinated the operations, stakeholders and virtual teams.
    • Worked closely with business controllers, legal, tax and HQ for the liquidation of entities: coordinated mergers, prepared dividends; closed cash pooling and terminated existing loans.
    • Led cash operations and payments in regulated environments for Legacy Solutions.
    • Built strong relationship with banks around different European countries - account management (120 bank accounts across Europe).
  • General Electric International Inc - Responsable Marketing Opérationnel & Stratégique

    Paris 2010 - 2013 Working directly with the CEO staff in France as a Marketing Manager by developing corporate marketing innovation for growth and creating strategies for GE Industrial/ Capital businesses: Healthcare, Aviation, Capital, O&G, Energy, and Transportation.

    • Engaged business marketing managers across GE in Europe working closely with the US teams, the CEO and the Strategic growth Leader.
    • Facilitated Marketing activities to influence Leaders and deliver strong corporate marketing strategies.
    • Collaborated to the launching of partnerships with large corporations and SMEs as well as organised the PR customer events together with the marketing managers.
    • Part of the pioneer team in France to identify the digital transformation gap for GE
    • Led teams into digital strategies in Europe and facilitated the European Marketing councils, shared my creativity during workshops and trainings.
    • Pitched to C-level leaders and board members on multiple key projects and was able to deliver excellent visual metrics, messages and analysis with tight deadlines.
    • Demonstrated strong analytical skills on business intelligence, prepared the scrum methodology for multiple projects and specially to decide the white space for the business in France by looking ‘out of the box’. This was a key project globally while GE was looking into IT and digital transformation.
    • Developed marketing annual plans (GPB- growth playbooks), prepared country reviews (OPS).

    • Managed relationships with agencies and suppliers (events, research) - piloted multi million budget -forecast cash flows.
  • General Electric - Team Leader and Project Manager

    Paris 2005 - 2010 GE Capital HQ decided to create a new structure for centralizing funding to customers in Europe and they hired me to lead the full implementation and creation of processes from scratch. The Finance team needed a Marketing individual to develop the project and influence the CFO’s in GE businesses.
    • Completed the integration of main Capital funding businesses into our service, including Corporate Finance Bank as the key project and worked closely with each platform to understand their business needs.
    • Led the integration of 5 different processes (workflows) adapted to each business in regulated environments and worked on the automation of approvals to enable controls, this was achieved while leading my team to innovate on the processes.
    • Owned the procedures and reported metrics on our service to the UK CFO.
    • Built a team of two analysts, as a hiring manager recruited 3 times for these positions, prepared annual evaluations (EMS), led yearly increases on salary and bonus working closely with HR.
    • Coordinated Intranet management, E-approval implementation for payments.
    • Led customer service and cases management.
  • Jose Cuervo - Brand Manager

    2000 - 2002 Brand manager for the top selling tequila in the world in fast moving consumer goods and wine & spirit’s regulated company.
    • Managed the brand as a whole working together with different stakeholders.
    • Owner of the budget, cash flows and forecast (USD6MM /year at that time).
    • Led the advertising, merchandising and promotion (AMP) operations and developed the marketing plans for Mexico.
    • Selected and developed the media and prop design material for the campaigns.
    • Led partnerships (TV shows and B2B) , sponsorships especially within sports (beach volley) and Public Relation events.
    • Supervised and coordinated the on & off premise activities outside office hours.
    • Launched the global campaign and handled TV ads and billboard strategies, government relationships.
    • Developed strategies with supermarkets, nightclubs, restaurants, duty free and stores.
    • Successful track record of events management- design, operations and delivery with high number of attendees.
