* Prepare Bill of Quantities from IFC drawings, subcontract information and engineering.
* Verify and record quantities installed at workshop, and in field, according to approved QC reports.
* Evaluate subcontract payments for unit price and lump sum subcontracts, ensuring costs are within budget.
* Measure and report Project construction progress on Civil, and Mechanical disciplines on CoSMO application to Planning Dept.
* Produce cost analysis for extra works and review related subcontractor claims.
* Prepare costing of back-charges to suppliers and subcontractors for missing materials and work reprocesses.
* Provide budget cost reports and budget estimates as needed by Contract Administrators.
