Munich
Recently graduated from the Ecole des Ponts ParisTech, I am looking for a PhD position in mechanical engineering and material sciences.
As a motivated engineer student at the Ecole des Ponts ParisTech, I extended my scholarship with an exchange year at the Technical University of Munich (Germany). Besides full professional proficiency German skills, I enhanced my education with a study program focused on innovative materials. Fascinated by their properties and the application range they offer, I wrote two thesis on this subject. I performed the first one at the Institute for Carbone Composite at the University of Munich on the subject "Characterization of Hybrid-Matrix Fiber-Reinforced Hinges". I wrote the second in the BMW Group to study the behavior of Composite Overwrapped Pressure Vessels in hydrogen-powered vehicles.
I am highly interested in themes such as the study of new materials and their adaptation to industrial processes through analytical, numerical or practical analyses. The optimization of existing equipment is also a research field in which I would love to work.
My theoretical and practical background allows me to adapt to a wide range of scientific issues.
I am looking for a PhD position in which I could be able to widen my knowledge but also to provide the research department with my comprehension, practical and simulation skills
