La division Thomson Reuters Governance, Risk and Compliance a pour objectif d’offrir à nos client (déontologie, conformité réglementaire, dispositif de contrôle interne, maitrise des risques (opérationnels, juridiques...)) des services et solutions variés adaptés à leur structure et à leurs besoins afin de répondre aux exigences croissantes en matière de régulation et de réglementation.     I will lead, develop, set and execute the global strategy as strategic partners in order to maximize financial and strategic value through the consolidation and protection of revenue, the alignment of short term needs to longer term business strategies and the satisfaction of the customer's medium and long term business needs, I’m responsible for the sale of non-workflow GRC products France & Monaco Financial Services. Responsible for new customer acquisition and penetration of current customers through incremental sales of GRC products and services.
    Main Responsibilities include:
    Strategic Planning: Develop and execute against strategic account plans.
    Product Sales: Drive product sales for all non-workflow GRC products and services within an assigned territory or set of named accounts.
    Client Relationships: Gains customer acceptance by explaining GRC value propositions. Leverage knowledge of industry challenges and opportunities to build trust and respect with current and future customers.
    Cross-Team Coordination: Serves as a critical team member of GRC sales. Collaborate with multiple specialists, sales engineers, and customer at one time. Refer all workflow solution opportunities to Global Workflow Solutions team.. For largest GRC accounts with CDMs to renew key contracts.
    Forecasting and Reporting: Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to inform management's strategic decision-making.
    Keep accurate records of client subscriptions and update client contacts on an ongoing basis.
    Visit clients regularly, whether in the France & Monaco or overseas and produce timely and articulate written proposals following client meetings.
    Provide timely reports for Manager as required, to include strategy reports and information on the competition.

    Role and Responsibilities
    • Strong relationships within client organizations at the decision-maker and end-user levels.
    • Customer satisfaction levels (installations, ongoing support, training and invoicing) & customer activities coordination with local TAM's, Trainer, CLS, Sales Specialists as key contact in the region.
    • Coordination team while calling in product and market specialists.
    • Maintain TRUST database
    • Retain and grow each client's revenue base and be able to forecast concisely.
    • Work with Specialists to help achieve assigned sales and retention objectives, reduce cancellation rate.
    • Compile detailed and accurate sales forecasts for presentation to Sales Management.
    • Continually build knowledge and skills to keep pace with market trends (CAIA preparation).

    Competencies
    • Strong Sales competencies and important client management role
    • Excellent track record of success in client management/sales (Euro Information, ARKEA, CM CIC AM & CM CIC Securities)
    • Excellent communication and client management skills, build strong relationships and partnership.
    • Coordination resources and Ability to work cooperatively and proactively with internal and cross-group partners
    • Extensive knowledge of Thomson Reuters' services or products (RMDS, Xtra, Datastream, Datafeed)
    • Strong follow up on competitors (Bloomberg, Factset, Market Maps)
    • Project management and cross team leadership experience
    • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
