    SURESNES 2012 - maintenant Amélioration continue de la culture sécurité; Garant du respect de la Qualité attendue ; Optimisation des façons de travailler dans un but d’efficacité et de profitabilité.
    • Mise en place et promotion de la culture sécurité dans un environnement multi site et international (Bureaux à Paris + sites de production en Afrique – 4000 personnes - OHSAS 18001) - taux d’accident réduit de 0.6 à 0.25 en 4 ans
    • Gestion et développement des ressources HSEQ afin de correspondre aux besoins des projets
    • Réorganisation du département: optimisation des coûts tout en améliorant l’expertise des ressources internes (objectif de -30% sur les coûts)

    SURESNES 2011 - 2012 Following the merger between Subsea7 and Acergy, I am in charge of the integration of the 2 companies in the AFGOM region.
    - Implementation of SAP across the territory (for Finance; Supply Chain; HR and Project Control) and improvement of the associated processes.
    - Change Management across all area of the business (locations and functions); stakeholders management.
    - Communication events around the new tools and the new ways of working
    - Optimization of the processes to leverage the utilization of new tools

  • Subsea 7 - Project Manager - Strategic Development

    SURESNES 2006 - 2011 Based in London.
    Management of allocated strategic initiatives such as:
    Mergers and acquisitions
    Divestments
    Development of joint venture (JV) opportunities
    Generation of strategic options and associated business evaluation

  • Stolt Offshore - IT Operations Manager

    2004 - 2006 Head of the IT Department for the Africa and Mediterranean region.
    • Manage a team of 21 Analysts, 16 in Suresnes and 5 in Africa – Budget of 2800K€/year
    • Implementation of new rules following Sarbanes-Oxley recommendations.
    • Implementation of a dedicated support team to deal with the challenging West Africa operation.
    • Interface with the users, identification of new Business needs for IMS application suite (Maximo, JDEdwards, SAP, Oracle, and new sites…).
    • Responsible for the successful relocation of the IMS facilities from Nanterre to Suresnes (1000 users-70 servers). Including site planning and co-ordination leading up to the move.
