    - Change Management across all area of the business (locations and functions); stakeholders management.
    - Communication events around the new tools and the new ways of working

    SURESNES 2006 - 2011 Based in London.

    • Implementation of new rules following Sarbanes-Oxley recommendations.
    • Implementation of a dedicated support team to deal with the challenging West Africa operation.
    • Interface with the users, identification of new Business needs for IMS application suite (Maximo, JDEdwards, SAP, Oracle, and new sites…).
    • Responsible for the successful relocation of the IMS facilities from Nanterre to Suresnes (1000 users-70 servers). Including site planning and co-ordination leading up to the move.
