Seeking information that will assist in the execution of the project
Taking responsibility for the outcome of the assigned projects
Providing project briefings to Interviewers
Managing the progress of assigned projects e.g. sample use/status, targets, deadlines
Productivity/Quality Management
Maintaining high productivity and quality of work through effective coaching and supervision of Interviewing staff in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Liaison with CLT Manager/Assistant Manager regarding any study or staff related problems
Alerting CLT Manager/Assistant Manager/Head Office as appropriate if productivity/ deadline expectations are not being met; providing explanation and solution to problem, taking action as appropriate
Performance Management
Maintain discipline on the CLT floor
Some monitoring
Assist with hiring of new staff
Training of new staff
Assist in writing performance reviews
Office and Administration
Distributing, receiving, and correcting time-sheets for Interviewers
Producing day-end reports for assigned studies as required, in a timely and accurate fashion
Familiarity with TNS policies, procedures and values
Other duties as required
Requirements
Demonstrated leadership skills
Superior oral and good written communication skills including an ability to coach and train employees, write reviews and monitor reports
Good interpersonal skills with a proven ability to lead/motivate people
Strong organizational skills, detail oriented
The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
