Information Technology professional with 15 year international experience in architecture, technology consulting, project and service management in mainly Finance, Telecom and Industry sectors.
Started off my career in The Netherlands as a software engineer and technology consultant in multi-tier/mid-office and legacy integration projects. Continued my career in Toulouse, France focusing on project and application management, mainly in the Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) domain. There I developed my management skills satisfying challenging delays, workloads and service levels, continuous improvement and (multi-) team management. I further developed my management skills through solution and bid management for global and off-shore projects.
Have successfully set up project activities for Embedded Avionics projects in Bangalore and Casablanca, starting from 0 staff up to 50 staff actually, by working closely with our off-shore management, doing recruitment of technical and project management skills, defining processes, setting up means and infrastructure and following up delivery and SLA/KPI's.
Currently focusing on setting up transformation model and plan for increasing the activity.
