    Project 1: Lead management entry automation - MS Dynamics CRM 2013

    I have developed a web portal to extract data from a legacy system and these data are created in CRM via MS Dynamics SDK, the web application validate the data before they are saved/updated in MS Dynamics CRM database, checking if the entity record already exist in the CRM database before creating the account, contact, campaign and opportunity and opportunity product along with the referential integrity. The system dispatched leads equally based on the score rule so that each reseller receives an equal number of new leads.

    My application is actually used to automate the collection of data from the legacy system and create the entity records in MS Dynamics CRM 2013.

    Project 2: Retrieve all fields (system name/labels/optionset text and value) on all entities forms into excel spreadsheet (MS Dynamics CRM 2013 Online).
    I implemented the solution to retrieve all the fields and optionset value and text on all the forms entities using Javascript. The solution allowed standardizing the creation of system field name, labels and optionset text and values so that we can register the same plugin and run the same web resources and custom workflows on others platforms running the same business processes.
