     Set up of many organization methods and procedures to improve engineers daily work - 75% of engineers follow them after one year
     New post created - post confirmed after one year. On the wish of the CEO, the focus of the role became about gaining ISO 9001 accreditation the following year
     Relationship improvement between the engineering department and others departments plus the organization of the tender process
