Ce qui m’a toujours fasciné, c’est la découverte, pouvoir construire tout en apprenant et en progressant.
J’ai commencé chez Michelin dans l’innovation et c’est ce qui continue de me motiver. Au cours de ma carrière, j’ai toujours choisi les opportunités pour continuer à apprendre et affiner mes compétences, grâce au Lean, aux méthodes de facilitation, de gestion du changement et aux techniques de management.

Curieuse de comprendre mon environnement, mon background d’ingénieur et mes connaissances en informatique, m’aident à appréhender le monde digital qui nous entoure.

Après un passage dans le domaine du Marketing j’ai découvert un environnement en lien étroit avec l’innovation, ce qui m’a attiré. Accompagné de mes valeurs d’empathie je me suis sentie très vite à l’aise. En choisissant de continuer dans le marketing adapté aux RH, je m’efforce de donner le meilleur de moi-même au service de mes collègues et de l’entreprise.

Discovery has always fascinated me; being able to build while learning and progressing.
I started at Michelin in an innovation department and have been motivated by it ever since. During my career, I have always chosen opportunities where I can continue to learn and refine my competencies in learning about Lean, facilitation, change management and management techniques.

Curious to understand my environment, my engineering background and my knowledge in information technology have helped me to understand the rapidly-changing digital world in which we live.

While working in the field of Marketing, I discovered the environment and its strong link with innovation, which attracted me. Accompanied by my values of empathy, I felt comfortable very quickly, and by choosing to continue in the adapted marketing service for HR, I strive to give the best of myself to the service of my colleagues and to the company.
