    2008 - maintenant - Antenna tuning (Return Loss and Efficiency) and redesigning (CAM 350) for Pentaband (LTE, GSM, CDMA and WCDMA) devices such as cell phones, laptops or tablets.
    - Development (Labview) of two Automated testing applications. One to measure Cell phones’ Sensitivity (CDMA, GSM and WCDMA bands) on Agilent 8960. The other to measure Power Amplifiers’performance (using Agilent’s Vector Signal Generator, Spectrum Analyzer, Power Meter, and Keithley’s Power Supply).
    - Writing Antenna tuning Application notes and Guidelines for our clients.
  • Sierra Wireless - Test and Systems Engineer - CDMA Modems

    ISSY LES MOULINEAUX 2007 - 2009 - Defined and implemented OTA throughput testing of CDMA modems.
    - Study, tests and simulations of the impact of CDMA events (SMS, Registrations, LBS, etc.) on the current of a laptop’s USB port using Qualcomm’s QXDM tools.
  • Siemens - Engineering Support Associate

    Saint-Denis 2005 - 2006 The Siemens wireless modules are integrated in various devices such as trucks for fleet management, alarm systems and payment terminals.
    - Software Development (in REXX) of AT Commands to analyze the status of a connection between the module and the network.
    - RF Performance and Sensitivity tests using CMU equipment.
  • Lockheed Martin - Network Systems Staff Engineer

    1999 - 2001 Astrolink (ATM Satellite based network)
    Researched and wrote White paper on the Astrolink ATM QoS and Call Detail Record (for Billing.)

    - Evaluated WAP transcoders (HTML to WML) for mobile phone User Interfaces.
    - Provided engineering support to Project Scheduling (MS Project.)
  • Nortel - Support and Validation Engineer

    Toronto 1996 - 1999 The Nortel Engineering Tool CT1000 is used for frequency planning and network optimization.
    - Coordinated the CT1000 software test and validation.
    - Troubleshot CT1000 bugs and followed up on the fixes in coordination with clients and developers.
    - Provided Support for American, German, Dutch, Polish and French clients.
  • Nortel - Software engineer

    Toronto 1996 - 1998 The OMC-R is a software used for GSM network management.
    - Managed the Q3 interface development project with the Nortel China NMS.
    - Sybase database tuning and optimization (SQL) on Call Tracing data.
    - Coordinated Q3 standard interface tests with American, Polish, German and French clients. The aim was to validate the interface between the Nortel OMC and the clients’ Network Management System.
    - Specified and developed (in C / UNIX) Performance Management applications such as Statistical Counters and Neighboring Cell Management.
  • Steria - Software Development Engineer

    Paris 1995 - 1996 Telecommunications Management Network (TMN) for French operator SFR
    The TMN is a software, which controls multi-vendor OMCs.
    - Specified the alarm data mediation for the Alcatel Signaling Transfer Point (STP).
    - Developed a Trouble Ticketing application and its User Interface (which was selected to illustrate the company brochures.) The programming environment and languages were ELF from Applix, Ingres SQL, Sun/UNIX.
  • EDF - Stagiaire Signal processing

    Paris 1994 - 1994 Modelization (using Matlab) of foreign object noises in Nuclear factory pipes.
