De formation système à l'origine, complétée par un master réseau & télécommunication à l'Institut National des Télécommunication, maîtrise la gestion de programmes de transformation informatique de grande envergure (6 M€ +) pour de grands groupes internationaux, en tant que clients ou employeurs (Alcatel, CSC, Renault, NISSAN, Dupont, Bombardier, CACEIS ...) en France et à l'étranger.
Spécialisé dans les consolidations de production informatiques tant d'un point de vue infrastructure (datacentre, systèmes, applications) que processus (déploiement des concepts ITIL, COBIT, ISO ... et des outillages associés). Depuis 4 ans en charge d'un portfolio de programmes d'intégration / transformation de nouveaux contrats d'outsourcing depuis la phase d'avant-vente jusqu'à la mise en oeuvre de la solution.

    1999 - 2000 : Marketing Director, in charge of the development of an outsourcing offering for European Business Computer headquartered in Strasbourg, with branches in France, Germany and Switzerland.

    1998 - 1999 : With Alcatel Telecom as part of the Distributed Environment project team : Outsourcing of IT distributed environment services to CSC spanning Belgium, Germany, Spain, Italy and France (more than 70 000 PCs and Working stations), definition of service scope, service levels and international contract setup.

    1997 -1998 : Alcatel Telecom : Implementation and management of Gartner Group's Service Desk concept in all French sites (30 000 PCs and WS,120 staff). Validation of economical and organizational hypothesis : cost structure, performance, staffing level, processes, Service Desk consolidation.
