2015 - maintenantConsists in analysing specific in-service events reported by the airlines to Airbus Customer Services.
Provide a Handling Qualities Analysis (HQA) report to operator following :
Hard landing leading to additional maintenance actions or loads exceedance,
Tail strike,
Runway excursion,
Turbulence with serious injuries and/or excessive flight parameter deviations,
Significant over-speed event leading to maintenance inspection,
Inappropriate aircraft handling (Unstable approach, Abnormal landing, bounce)
Recurrent events identified by Airbus Product Safety Process.
The report is based on the analysis of Flight Data Recorder raw data from:
Flight Data Recorder (FDR),
Quick Access Recorder (QAR),
Digital Access Recorder (DAR).
