  * French radiologists program (over 200 radiologists private sites - 5 m$ project - 16 months)
  organization of implementation procedure and installations dashboard.
  * CHR Orléans (2 m$ - 30 months) : 1st Carestream's cloud project installation in France ; 1st
  Carestream multi-services imaging exams storage solution & integration (Radiology, Nuclear
  Medicine, Radiotherapy, Cardiology) in France.
  * IRIS Aquitaine - Bordeaux (3 sites - 600 k$ project - 30 months) ; responsible for functional and
  technical specifications of HMI for inter-sites web's sharing of studies interface SW.
  * GHICL - Lomme Hospitals (2 sites - 1 m$ project - 4 years) ; PM for installation and responsible
  for functional and technical specifications for media integration (CD/DVD) web interface for the
  2 clinics' all doctors.
  * Maternity Hospital, Koweit City (1 m$ project - 6 months) : RIS & PACS project , 4 people team
  management, Maternity Director's official contact, HW installation, SW trainer and
  parametrization.
  * Kodak RIS product : responsible for specifications for French market (tests and validation) -
  RIS referent for France.

  2001 - 2003 * responsible for functional part of MedSeen® PACS migration program from Cardiology to
  Radiology : functional requirements and specifications, definition of new HMI, optimization of
  multi-screens, users interface. 4 developpers team.
