Responsible for the progress of the construction site.
Responsible for ensuring the respect of enforced legislation (hours, duration…).
Constructs the schedule for the project site and adjusts/improves it with the RCDR (Head of Site Construction Start-up and Receipt) and the RL (Head of the Assembly Line).
Determines the level of necessary staffing on-site, the required skills, and the duration, as well as projected site costs. Maintains an updated CAT (End Cost) file.
Leads a bodywork construction site, in a customer context.
Coordinates and animates the progress of the RAF (Remaining Production), DPE (Cutting Trial Schedule), MAP activities, green lights, …
Animates a multidisciplinary team while respecting cost, quality, and deadlines (CQD).
Serves as the primary interlocutor between the customer and the team in place.

Enforces the use of safety instructions.
Must intervene at each risk assessment.
Provides reports for the RCDR.
Looks to improve productivity.
Responsible for technical and financial decisions.
Identifies, manages, and dispels the customer’s reservations.
Follows-up and manages the business team throughout various milestones of the project at the customer’s site.
Coordinates interventions with various departments (DPV, BIE, …).
Ensures the update of the construction site display on the corresponding panel.
Must undertake administrative procedures to obtain the necessary site access for outside collaborators.
Determines the quantity and supplies staff members according to the schedule and work load (General Contractor, metal workers, and metal setting workers), while following the law of staffing flow according to the traffic of check points
Ensures the leadership, the follow-up, and validation of check points that take place.
