    Responsible for managing all the aspects of the business, with particular focus on business development, team development and overseeing the operations.

    Paris 2010 - 2011 Appointed for the management team for the Start-up of Hays operations in Mexico.

    During this launching period I had responsibilities mainly in the go to market process, business development, training and development of the local team based in Mexico City.

  • Hays - Regional Director Portugal

    Paris 2002 - 2010 I started with Hays in the division specialized in Accountancy & Finance recruitment.

    In 2003 I started-up the specialized recruitment division in Sales & Marketing which gained a leading position in the Portuguese market-place.

    In 2005 I moved to Oporto where I was responsible for the start-up of Hays’ operations in the city, establishing a local office. In Oporto I was responsible for overseeing the operations, managing, developing, training and overseeing the recruitment processes of the Centre and Northern regions of the Country.

    In late 2006 I moved back to Lisbon as a Regional Manager of 3 specialized recruitment divisions: Sales & Marketing, Engineering & Construction and Pharmaceuticals. I was responsible for the management of those teams in Lisbon and Oporto offices.

    In 2008 I participated in the launch of Hays Executives Search division.
