How I do it Differently:

Through my experience in Sales, in order to deliver the best solution for all customers I Plan and conduct negotiations with customers to drive lasting agreements and commitments and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained. Plan a strategic relationship with customers and build up effective and productive business relationships with key decision makers.

    Controlling accuracy of operators from my team, making sure they respect the Google's policy.
    Controlling work of my team members and if needed, send back the faulty data to the operators, making sure they understand their mistake, explaining the procedure to follow, always referring to Google's policy.

    Mentor:
    Part of the mentor team for the West market (around 100 operators)
    Participating to weekly meetings with team leads in order to plan the training for new hires or under performing operators.Communicating in person or by email with leads, assessing the needs in training of operators to help them reaching their targets
    Giving training to new hires or under-performers. Filling up documents, taking track of what areas they need to improve as well as their progress in order to optimize their work and keep a high level of motivation.
    Giving feedback to different Project Manager Google about the New tool.
