I have Master degree in sciences plus Quality Management System Certificate, also trained in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. I have fourteen years experiences in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Continuous Improvement and lean six sigma management in different industries like; Sheet metal transformation, Electronic, First aids, Safety product, Aerospace and LED lighting. I have implemented QMS: ISO 9001, Good manufacturing practices as per Health Canada requirements for Medical devices and Drug establishment licences. I have facilitated many Kaizens, FMEA, Business Process Mapping, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Rapid problem solving, SMED, Visual Management, floor layout design and Lean events. I have participated in design qualification, NPI and Product transferts. I have executed Supplier Quality Programs including Supplier Qualification Audits, process change notices, also managed Supplier Quality (both domestic and international) via executing PPAP, FAI, supplier scorecards. I have participated actively in steering committees responsible for P&L review and Operations Planning Meetings.
