Draw the HSE Plan – Implement the corporate HSE Strategy – Investigate on Accidents/Incidents – Draw up corrective Action Plans - Follow up the action plans – Implement the HSE Standards – Train the employees 1 Management on these standards – Held the HSE Committee monthly meeting – Carry out weekly, monthly and yearly audits- Share the anomalies with the concerned managers and help them in drawing and following up the action plans. Organize weekly Safety communication meetings in the shop floor.
