Proven track record leading and managing multidisciplinary teams, design, negotiate, broker partnership, mobilize resources and support to implement Country programmes in the diverse and complex region of Middle-East and Nord Africa: Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Egypt, Djibouti, Sudan, Somalia, Syria and the Gulf countries. Exceptional experience in inter-governmental and UN Conventions agenda development and negotiations. Ability to work in Multicultural and multi-lingual environment with fluency in Arabic (including dialects), French and English.
