* Jacking, trestles, washing, towing and mooring of the airplane. ;
* Servicing the airplane with fuel, hydraulic, oil. ;
* Removal and Installation of different types of valves, pumps, cylinders, power brakes and shock absorbers. ;
* Maintenance: hydraulic, nitrogen, cleaning, lubrication. ;
* Visual inspection of the airframe. ;
* Preparation and check the airplane before flight. ;
* Replacement of: rainbow fitting, engine truss mount, MLG shelf bracket & bushing, trunion fitting NLG and tie down fitting. ;
* Hydraulic system: Repair or change following operating limit. ;
* Removal -Installation-Settings:
Landing Gear (Shock strut, Torque strut, Brake assy and Tires).
Flight Controls, Horizontal& Vertical Stabilizer, wings, Flaps assy.
Leading Edge, Training Edge, Tip assy and Trim assy.
Ramp, Doors, Windows, Cables and Seats.
* Good use of maintenance documentation and application of service bulletins. ;
* Prepare and sign the forms controls on work performed. ;
* Support intervention and troubleshooting of the aircraft in missions C130H inside& outside Moroccan territory (Africa, Europe, Middle East, Asia, USA...) ;
* Removal-Installation of Engine Turboprop T56-A-15. ;
* Removal-Installation of Gear Box T56-A-15. ;
* Removal-Installation of Auxiliary Power Unit (APU). ;
* Removal-Installation of Gas Turbine Compressor (GTC). ;
* Maintenance of QEC T56-A-15 (hydraulic components). ;
* Compressor wash T56-A-15 each periodic visit. ;
* Passing of engine T56-A-15 in test bench.
* Troubleshooting leaking of hydraulic. ;
* Flushing all hydraulic systems (utility, booster & auxiliary). ;
* Storage airplane & Inspection after hard landing. ;
* Maintenance of the system in-flight refueling (Pods Air Refueling System),Removal & install of:
Hose Reel, Drum Assy, Lead Screw.
Guillotine, Basket, Motor Hydraulic, Accumulators.
* Removal-Installation of pods Air Refueling System and External Tank. ;
* Maintains mechanical and pneumatic availability of MAFFS System (Modular Airborne Fire Fighting System).
