    Key cross-functional projects:
    • 2010 – 2012: HR Partner role in Regional Development project in Russia: Creation of new regional organizational structure and new role of Regional Director. Development of Job profile, bonus scheme, split of responsibilities between regions and businesses. Recruitment of internal and external candidates. Development of learning paths and trainings organization. Change management within the project.
    • 2012: Belarus HR Business Partner: Creation of org. Structure, job coding/grading, Implementation of local HR policies and global people campaigns.
    • 2013: Creation and implementation of Company Car policy. Implementation of single car policy based on roles in organization (BO, FO) and grades. Work together with finance and purchasing to optimize costs. New policy was validated on Country level. Without increase of costs implemented policy allows car allowance or corporate car, corporate cars list of models is enlarged.
    • 2015: Change Management leader in the project dedicated to CIS HR Shared Services centre creation: CM strategy creation&implementation; all communications at different management/structure level within the project; development of the structure, job profiles, C&B.
