  Full-cycle recruitment:
  - Sourcing the best candidates by identifying, assessing and engaging skilled profiles.

  - Candidates interviews (phone and face-to-face interviews).
  - Follow-up with the candidates, business managers, and HR Director during all the steps of the recruitment process.

  - Launch of initiatives to participate to SERIAL everyday life, and enhance candidates' and employees' experience.

• Keyman - Chargée de recrutement

  Marcq-en-Barœul 2018 - 2018 DEFINITION & PROFILING :
  • Formalisation du besoin (rencontre en face à face avec la personne concernée par le recrutement).
  • Co-rédaction du profil de poste.
  • Élaboration de la stratégie de chasse.
  • Rédaction de contrats.
  
  DÉTECTION & IDENTIFICATION :
  • Identification des cibles entreprises les plus pertinentes et reconstitution des organigrammes des sociétés cibles.
  • Identification des candidats potentiels.
  • Activation des réseaux professionnels : recherche de coopteurs, webtracking, réseaux sociaux, diffusion d’annonce.
  
  QUALIFICATION & ÉVALUATION :
  • Entretiens téléphoniques approfondis.
  
  SUIVI & ACCOMPAGNEMENT :
  • Reporting quantitatif et qualitatif de l’avancement de la mission toutes les 2 semaines et synthèse d’informations du marché.
