    * : Development and validation of SYBR®Green qPCR assays for detection of GM-events in food and feed products (see publications)
    * Constuction of plasmid containing the amplicons of the CoSYPS assays and validation of their use as plasmid mix for positive control. Management of the CoSYPS Interlaboratory study (see publications).
    * Study of the best storage conditions of the GMO feed matrix (flour, pellets and liquids) in order to be able to get valuable counter-expertise analysis.
    * ISP collaboration project: Coaching/Teaching of colleagues from the Virology team in order to produce their own RNAm reference material thanks to plasmid transcription. ;

    2006 - 2007 : TILLING on EMS-mutagenised tomato collection.
    Development of target genes screening strategies, detection of targeted genes mutants in the tomato population (studied targets: genes involved in DET1 complexe, virus resistance, plant architecture, ethylene and carotenoid pathway), identification of mutation's effect on the protein with bioinformatic tools.

    2005 - 2006 : Production and improvement of ENDO 1: an endonuclease enzyme used in TILLING technology (Targeted Induced Local Lesions In Genome), (see publications).
    Production of ENDO 1, optimization of its conservation and activity. Charge of interface between URGV holder of ENDO1 patent and SERIAL GENETICS holder of the commercial licence.
  • D.I.A.S. - Master Internship

    2004 - 2004 Project: Virus-Induced Gene Silencing used as a functional genomics tool in legumes using pea as a model plant.
    * Host range study of the Pea Early Browning Virus using Agrobacterium-inoculation of a modified virus vector carrying the uidA reporter gene.
    * Study of the importance of insert size with respect to virus symptoms versus silencing efficiency by constructing plasmids carrying different sizes of the marker gene (PDS) fused with different sizes of a control gene.
    * The development of a protocol for seed Agrobacterium-inoculation. ;
