    COLOMBES 2011 - 2014 I was responsible of all the DSP area from Green field to engineering runs. This consists of:

    * Conceptual Design of the DSP skids (around 25) with suppliers and
    engineering company.
    * Hiring a team of specialists and technicians to support me for basic and detail design.

    * Follow-up of Automation activities (DCS and MES - Delta V and Syncade) ;
    * Organize FAT activities and team build up. ;
    * Establish the team for SAT activities and support QA in the quality aspects. ;
    * Accountable for PQ and Engineering runs
    * Team of 15 FTE.

  • Merck Serono - Fenil-sur-Corsier - DSP Specialist

    2008 - 2011 * I was responsible (basic design to PQ) of the TFF, nanofiltration skids and chromatography columns for
    the LSB project (Large Scale Biotechnology).
    * Responsible to create with the automation team the FS (Yokogawa) for those equipment's and also the
    MES part.
    * Team of 15 FTE.

  • Merck Serono - Fenil-sur-Corsier - DSP Supervisor

    2007 - 2008 * I was responsible of the production of Rebif, semi automated plant. ;
    * I was accountable of the training of the new technicians. ;
    * Team of 20 FTE.

    Lyon 1998 - 2006 * Responsible of all the GMP activities and tech transfers for the DSP and Buffer preparation aeras. ;
    * Involved in all the questions linked to the DSP during inspections (FDA, EMEA...) ;
