Spanish, English and Polish and speaking users
· Handling and solving complex IT queries via phone or web (25-40 calls/day)
· Single point of contact with HP Switzerland in case of printer issues
· Creating tickets reporting both solved queries and those still to be solved
· Training new joiners and workmates about new procedures regarding
printer matters (approx. 30 pers.)
