1- Definition des standards Groupe ainsi que de différents KPI permettant leurs mesures.
2- Analyse de la performance financière liée aux différents flux logistiques.
3- Mesure de l'impact financier lié aux différents changements du flux logistique.
4- Mesure de l'impact sur le working capital de la diminution des stocks de sécurité et des replenishment cycles des produits financiers.
