Over 20 years as Senior Director Finance, Administration and Human Resources in the international Trade Association sector have provided me with a multi-disciplinary mindset to design innovative approaches for people and processes optimisation.

    1992 - 2016 Key responsibilities as Senior Director: Finance (3 fte), Administration & Membership (7 fte), ICT (4 fte),
    Human Resources (2 fte).
    Main achievements:
    • Created an Activity Based Costing =>reduction of operational expenditure by 7%
    • Developed a sound financial management => Equity increase by 109% in 16 years
    • Redefined the entire Information and Communication Technologies policy
    =>Increase of the staff satisfaction and, as a consequence, increase of the efficiency
    • Created a Human Resources policy from scratch
    =>Building of a constructive atmosphere with the Union representatives => low staff turnover
    • Developed the customer database and its related processes or uses => increase of the customer retention and development and decrease of the spamming behaviour
    • Rebuilt, in less than 12 months, a 2.400m² building and have 50 people moved in it
