En résumé

I am an independant Law consultant specialised in International Private & Public Law, Intellectual Property, and New Technologies Law, active in Athens, Greece. I have worked as a junior researcher in the e-learning and e-inclusion fields, in the frame of European Projects, and I have sought the cooperation of various entities in order to form new IT related-projects.

Recently, I have founded and launched Dibe- a web company, active in Greece, where we create user-friendly and efficient websites and web solutions.

  • Menon Network E.E.I.G. - Junior IT researcher

    2005 - maintenant I have worked as an Independent expert, in the MENON Network E.E.I.G. (Brussels):
    • specialised in the e-learning field & in the Information and Communication
    Technologies European projects.
    • working abroad: Belgium, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece.
    on IT Projects financed by the European Institutions.

    During that mission I have been contributing to running and managing international projects –especially between Europe and Latin America- in partnership with the Europe Aid Directorate General of the European Commission.
    Building up partnerships, and working on development of co-operation strategies in the e-learning, e-health, e-inclusion, and e-government fields was my main task, as well as promoting the use of Tics among the created networks, and disseminating the project(s).
    I have also been doing some research i.e. in the frame of the SINCERE Project (D.G. EAC of the European
    Commission) on the theme of the “educational research”, its status quo in Europe, Latin America, and Asia.
    ?My research was also aiming to identify and analyse the major agents and institutions promoting the educational research, and its development possibilities thanks to the Tics.
