    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Main Objective - To onboard candidates with complete requirements, clear medical examination and back ground check.

    - Responsible to check and keep complete 201 files. Documents inside 201files are the following: Contract, Personal Data Sheet, Benefit Package, Contract Addendums, School Verification Forms, Notice of Consent and HRI Forms.
    - Scan and upload 201 file’s documents to ABACUS Tool.
    - Prepare job offer packet.
    - Discuss pre-employment requirements to new hired candidates.
    - Encode candidate’s information to system for the issuance of (LOA) Letter of Authorization for Medical Examination.
    - Contact candidate through Email and SMS to inform lacking requirements or to check medical status.
    - Collect and collate critical to payroll requirements and prior to start requirements.
    - Update or record candidate’s requirements through Accenture tools OB Tracker and Oasis.
    - Tagging candidate’s status in ABACUS system as Offer Accepted.
    - Monitor candidate’s Back Ground Check status through our tools.
    - Email Back Ground Check Team to follow up status of candidates.
    - Coordinate recruiters regarding the status of their candidates especially Japanese Independent Consultant.
    - Send end of the day reports daily for escalation of expected new starters for the week orientation.
    - Scan, upload and transmit Government Benefits documents of employees to Manila via E-mail, like (Income Tax Return, SSS-Salary Voucher and Pag-ibig Voucher).
    - QA, recheck 201 files, Critical to Payroll requirements and information encoded to system to avoid discrepancies and then Sign Off.
    - Transmittal of 201 Files and Critical to Payroll requirements to SAP department to generate Enterprise Identification.
    - Respond to several emails.
    - Contact “OK to start” or final starters via Mobile, Email and SMS to inform first day details. (Regular New Starters Orientation and Proceed to Project employees).
    - Prepare New Starter Orientation’s Kit (Profile Sheet, Contract Addendum and Hand Outs)
    - Attend New Starter Orientation to assist employees for their first day and to ensure that all employees on the list are all present or complete attendance.
