Managing five people, composed by technicians and administrators: I am in charge of the ressources/workload
management, bi-annual reviews, mandatory training and knowledge management in compliance with the FAA
and EASA regulations
-Managing forecasts in a 3-year horizon in co-operation with Customer Demand Department thanks to the Sales
and Operations planning with a range of 350 equipments types are forecasted and monitored all along the year
-Setting up new procurements methods to improve On-Time delivery for spare parts (Kanban system, process modifications, negotiation with production lines) : 20 pts increase in one year time
-In charge of a spare parts warehouse (6000 part numbers, 4 MEuros stock volume): managing OT orders delivery to
the Repair lines, optimizing stock volume, planning inventories to meet annual financial audit commitments,
controlling parts airworthiness documents compliance (EASA Form1), budget and investments management
-Close co-operation with the Customer Support manager to meet customers contractual commitments in terms of
TAT
-Conducting analysis of missing parts and proposing action plans to improve parts service: the missing parts quantity decreased by 75% in one-year period and now represent 4% of the outstanding orders
-Setting up logistics/ procurement procedures in close co-operation with Customer relations management and
repair workshop departments to implement new programs (i.e. Boeing 787, Airbus A400M, A350) and ensuring
contractual service level
-Set up KPIs for the Repair department, root cause analysis to improve the customer service rate (TAT mostly)
-As a qualified instructor for EASA Part 145/21G, I give training courses to Repair station technicians so they could
keep their Part 145 license compliant to the Authorities requirements
-Sound knowledge of SAP R/3 MM/CS/PP/APO and Business Intelligence: I am a key user and project manager for
any modification for the Repair activity
-Preparing APICS Certification for Production and Inventory management (CPIM), examination set for 2015

During test campaigns in the hypersonic wind tunnel (Mach 6), researchers and doctors needed a simple
and quick tool in order to observe the diferent shockwaves in the Shlieren images, and to quickly interpret the
results.
To answer to this question, I had to do documentary research on diferent image detections techniques
and adapt the best option to our case.
After validation from my manager, the idea was to choose a image edges detection technique which consists in
an algorithm computing iteration and compares every pixels step and look for diference of contrast between
pixels, making appearing the global edge after hundredof iterations.

Designing and creating functions specifications of an internal software to manage audits reports at Group level
(within 35 manufacturing plants, around 4000 users).
First step was to draw up all the issues with the actual system by interviewing the key users from the main manufacturing plants (Brazil, Slovaquia, Spain and France).
After all this information gathered, I managed to improve the actual system by incoporating the evolutions that
keys users needed.
To fulfill this assignment, I wrote the entire new process, workflow and procedures that were implemented by I.T.
teams.
Also, a brand new interface was created and presented to all the users, with improved ergonomy.
