En résumé

My scientific background and my previous experience as a junior project manager made me realise that my initial training did not give me the tools to handle financial accounting, International Business and Economy, or Strategic Management and Organisation. So I wanted to complete my education with a degree in General Management in an international context choosing a MBA with an elective for Asia and Japan.

As a compulsory part of this MBA, I had to spend six months in a Japanese working environment. I speak French, English, Spanish, Japanese (JPLT 3 next December) and I have completed 4 years Japanese study. I have already travelled extensively in Japan, four trips to Japan during the last five years

I was doing an internship at TROSYSTEMS Inc, as a Business Developer, after Five months at (Yokohama National University, Faculty of Business Administration).

I joined NICHIAI K.K. ( Consulting, Support, Security and Design) in July as an Account Executive.

    maintenant I took part of the development of a management application for CARREFOUR, performed testing on software and interacted with the suppliers and customers (France and subsidiaires in Spain, Taiwan, and Poland) to facilitate best practise.
    This position involved a wide variety of activities including testing, documentation, bug fixing, installation, training and hot line support to both french and foreign customers.

    My role and responsibilities were the following
    Help to establish procedures and standards for business analysis and project management activities within the team (four software developers)
    Work closely with the SAP / Zainet (ERP) English expert consultants to determine, document and agree requirements.
    Communicate the requirements to developers , monitoring their progress according to the schedule
    Plan and control all stages of projects from initiation to maintenance
    Validate that the delivered software meets the requirements
    Ensure that the solution is adequately tested before release into production
    Report progress to strategic management

    Billing Consultant

    The wanadoo project was highly challenging considering the technique and schedule aspects. I joined the Wanadoo’s ISVT (Information System Validation Team).
    My role and responsibilities were to design and to produce test data, to ensure that the delivered software meets the requirements, to ensure that the solution is adequately tested before release into production and to Report progress to senior management.

    I joined the Aladin project to Customise and upgrade the billing systems (GENEVA ) in order to make the system user-friendly and to provide technical assitance.


    ***CUSTOMER CARE & BILLING PROJECT: FRANCE TELECOM***** Billing Consultant

    The objective of the MORGANE project was to create an Information System for Internet access and service providers in the France Telecom Group worldwide. This project was in a quickly growing International context, and provided economical, reactive and flexible solution to subsidiaries.
    In this European project I had to customise the Real Time Billing System (INFRANET) and to integrate it into the existing systems built around a Customer Relationship Management (PEOPLESOFT) through an EAI (WEBMETHODS) I learnt a lot from multucultural telecom consultants.



    *************CRM PROJECT: 9 TELECOM OPERATOR **************
    Software and Test engineer


    In charge of the tests & validation of the CRM platform of 9 Télécom (ERP of Point SOFTWARE).I was solely responsible for the installation of the software; providing both classroom and hands-on training to the superuser of 9 Télécom.
    I was involved in producing test specifications and performing tests, both at module and integration level.I also handled the customer’s feedback and adapted the software according to their needs.
