Après une formation technique d'ingénieur dans la métallurgie (fonderie, forge, usinage) par alternance, j'ai travaillé pour le compte d'équipementier de rang 2 dans le monde automobile. A ces expériences, c'est ajouté 6 années dans l'hydraulique mobile pour le compte du groupe BOSCH. Actuellement chez PHILIPS dans le monde des luminaires professionnels. J'ai le plus souvent travaillé dans des secteurs très exigeants, demandant une grosse aptitude aux changements et une très bonne organisation. Ces sociétés tournées à l'international, m'ont amené à gérer des projets et des hommes avec succès et reconnaissance.

    • Defines and implements the supplier quality strategy based on and as part of the business and commodity strategies translating the various QIP’s into one overall quality improvement plan for the assigned commodity and implements at assigned suppliers.
    • Sets, assesses- and decides (Veto) on the quality aspects in the Supplier Selection process.
    • Performs quality / sustainability audits, re-audits and performance management at suppliers ensuring the follow-up of agreed actions at the suppliers.
    • Carries out quality release of suppliers (not products)
    • Ensures the annual definition of the quality improvement plan (QIP) for strategic/preferred BOM suppliers based on business needs, ensures timely implementation.
    • Drives on-site / off-site supplier quality development including coordination /management of required internal/external resources
    • Provides supplier quality related input for the AOP on the appropriate business level.
    • Coaches and manages 10 Supplier quality engineers, ensuring the competences and capabilities are in line with the business needs.
    • Acts as escalation level for all SQE’s for structural supplier related issues.
    • Ensures timely and correct quality performance reporting regarding the assigned supply base
    • Deploys and follows-up on the Supplier Quality Related KPI’s towards the supplier and SQE’s.
    • Defines quality requirements for related technology
    • Owns, prepares and approves the general elements of quality contracts with suppliers (e.g. Commodity PQA / MQA)
    • Drives ROHS/REACH compliance at the assigned supply base together with SAM
    • Supports SQE’s in setting material and process specifications, change management and releases
    • Participates in the business review meeting with assigned suppliers representing SQ aspects.
    • Ensures the assigned supply base meets the Philips sustainability requirements.
    • Assists in supply base right sizing activities such as supplier phase-in/out and product transfers
    • Supports development of and deployment to suppliers of Supplier Quality ways of working

    • Ensures the annual definition of the quality improvement plan (QIP) based on business needs and timely implementation.
    • Supports on-site/off-site supplier quality development including coordination /management of required internal/external resources
    • Drives and manages the early involvement of suppliers in new product development and product/component improvement
    • Provides supplier quality related input for the AOP on the appropriate business level.
    • Acts as first escalation level for the incoming inspection department
    • Manages quality conformity of supplies via active monitoring of the supplier performance and driving the incident and complaint resolution*
    • Performs quality / process audits, re-audits and performance management at suppliers ensuring the follow-up of agreed actions at the suppliers.
    • Deploys and follows-up on the Supplier Quality Related KPI’s towards the supplier.
