·General Management skills with good financial and legal/regulatory understanding
·Strong experience in International Business and market development (Northern Europe, Russia, Middle East, Asia) in highly competitive capital good markets (Telecom infrastructure, Critical Mission Systems);
·Strong experience in leading sales and multi skills negotiation teams (Technical, legal, finance…);
·Strong experience in structuring negotiating and concluding large Business to Business capital goods transactions with long lasting maintenance and support content.
·Development of industrial partnership;
·Experience in public institution relationship management;
·Good understanding of technical and programmatic dimensions of the business
·Familiar with large group reporting processes
·Team work oriented both by inclination and experience
·Hard working and strongly result oriented
