• Recruitment of the Thai staffs as production tean, purchasing team, financial team, sales & marketing team, training company products.
• Implementation of the procedures ISO 9001 (auto control and KPI).

• In charge for checking suppliers of raw materials (Zone Asia mainly) and consumables about the quality, pricing, cost, delivery time, quality control for any raw materials coming to production.
• Organize production line to manufacturing new products, quality of products after finished, will be consultant to production team to solve problems.

• Define a study of the positive points and the negatives of a company the repurchase of which is envisaged, the costs of optimization of an operation of repurchase of a target company.
• For companies held by Azimuth (the main mission at Célette, 100 employees): world leader of bench to repair the car - Vienne France.
• Analysis of the industrial production line (purchase new machines, optimization of production cost, increasing productivity)
• Find new subcontractors to cut the cost.(cost reduce 30 % compare than 2 years of production before)
• Implementation of monitoring indicators (efficiency, scrap, delivery deadline), optimization of the manufacturing process (painting, sawing, cuts laser, assembly line)
• Staff management of the plant with adaptation according to the order book (recruit interim)
• Implementation ISO 9001 for production line that increase the profitability
