I have 3 years’ experience as Personal Assistant in an industrial company (commercialization of licenses of patents worldwide) and 7 years’ experience as Office Manager in the Real Estate sector (management of an administrative, commercial and residential Center).
I joined MNKS (Noble & Scheidecker) in 2002.
I actively took part in the setting up of MNKS by developing all the Support departments (HR, Log & IT, Finance, etc.) and by supporting the employees. She also assisted the 2 founding partners in setting up a management scheme and in the implementation of internal processes
From 2002 à 2015, I am in charge of the Human Resources department as Manager HR. As head of the HR team, I report to the HR partner. I was in charge of the day-to-day management of HR related issues, employee disciplinary and grievances, redundancies, and induction and exit interviews. I also contribute to the development of HR strategies, policies and practices, performance and change of management. My main duty is to have proactive interaction with the HR leadership and notably to assist in all part of recruitment process.
Additionally, I am also a key member of the Partnership and Executive Committee from 2004 till 2015. I actively collaborate with the partners (participating and writing the minutes of weekly partner’s meetings, follow-up and assisting in the achievement of new projects in view of developing the law firm, etc) and manage the Support and our Secretarial team.
Since 2015, with the implementation of a new governance within MNKS, I am mainly dedicated to the management of internal HR projects, the management of individual situations and recruitment.
