* Steering of projects, project teams and third party providers together with the Ranging Team Lead and the Ranging teams (Biz & IT).
* Take full ownership of the program. This includes monitoring the SLAs, govern further development and strategies together with the Ranging community (incl. Biz, IT: RMA-team, Architecture etc.), ensure proper IT as well as business support for all applications and processes supported in the Program.
* Keep the contact with other departments; business and IT and provide services to Global Marketing.
* Look at the overall end-to-end process from product creation to selling and keep it coherent.
