− Established the organization, scheduled and led the project activities between Renault France, Renault-Nissan India, Nissan Thailand and the suppliers.
− Defined and managed the resources, engine tests and budget needed to achieve the project targets.
− Conducted the suppliers product and process definition and optimization during all the project phases: request for quotation, conception (CATIA), BOM, tooling launch and making, process implementation, product validation and manufacturing approval.
− Provided recovery plans and leadership for the resolution of the quality, cost and planning issues, including failures during engines or components tests.
− Monitored and reported the development advancement during the project milestones.
− Trained the suppliers to comply with the Renault-Nissan quality system, based on ISO/TS 16949, including design and process FMEA.
