Evelyne HABERT

LEVALLOIS-PERRET

En résumé

I started my career in the late 1970s, as instrumentation & controls specialist for a French nuclear engineering company and, for the thirteen years I worked for this company, I was mainly involved in major projects related to uranium enrichment and nuclear waste treatment.

Certified in 1994 as I&C engineer, I worked with several national and international engineering companies (Foster Wheeler, Bouygues Off Shore, Krebs, Sofresid), on major projects in refining, chemical plants, cryogenic gas storages and energy units.

I joined Jacobs France in 2001 as I&C senior lead engineer and I had to lead engineering studies for pharmaceutical & biotechnological plants, manufacturing units, gas storages and combined cycle plants.

In 2004, I became the Head of the I&C department, which was then a small group of ten highly skilled engineers. This department has tripled in size in only three years so my role in this development consisted of reorganization, recruitment, giving challenging new goals and responsibilities to engineers and implementing the best engineering practices.

In addition, in 2010 & 2011, I was the Deputy Manager of Engineering in charge of the monitoring of the Industry projects. In that position I was also part of the steering committee for implementation of the 3D technology at Jacobs France.

I was nominated as Jacobs France Manager of Engineering in 2012. In this capacity, one of my main objectives is to build and structure a new and effective organization that meets the future needs of our Clients.

I am now looking for another challenge in Organization & Knowledge management.
