    2008 - 2014 In charge of the fabrication of thin crystaline silicon wafers and solar cell:
    - Development of 3 steps of the production process of the wafers : laser cutting, thermal treatments, wet and plasma etching.
    - Interaction with international partners for the solar cells fabrication (INES, Fraunhofer ISE, University of Konstanz, CNRS/ICUBE).
    - Improvement of the solar cells performances : analysis of the solar cells and silicon material characterization results (electrical properties, defects), PC1D simulations, feedback to the Solarforce team and to partners for processes improvement.
    - Coordinator of a large project involving several partners (Solarforce, CEA-INES, CNRS-ICUBE et INSA-LaMCoS) in the framework of the French government “Investment for the future” program supervised by the ADEME (DEMOS project).
  • CEA-LETI - R&D/Process engineer

    GRENOBLE 2007 - 2008 In charge of the development of the interconnexion step of an X-ray spectro-imaging camera fabrication process.

    Development of a flip chip collective transfer process of tantalum absorbers on a silicon sensors array with indium bumps:
    - Research and optimization of a micromachining technique of tantalum pixels (absorber material).
    - Study and optimization of the Under Bump Metallurgy.
  • CEA-LETI - Master 2 work placement

    GRENOBLE 2006 - 2006 Development of an X-ray photodector made of polycrystalline CdTe for medical imaging: study and optimization of the metal/semiconductor contact.
    - Growth of CdTe layers by Close Space Sublimation.
    - PVD and Electroless deposition of metal contacts on CdTe.
    - Analysis of the I(V) characteristics of the Schottky diodes.
