    ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITES:-
    *To monitor the work programs, implement & maintain occupational health & safety system & procedures.
    *Coordinate all the site activities for getting maximum utilization and output from manpower & machine.
    * Provide training and induction/awareness courses on HSE and related areas
    *Support in the overall development of the department and contribute towards training whenever required.

    *Safety motivation & Safety attitude encouragement for management & workforce.
    *Maintain contact with client's HSE department to ensure that company is performing in a satisfactory manner & in accordance with client's requirements.
    *HSE audits & review of projects & advice on opportunities for improvement.
    *Evaluate subcontractors to establish their ability to perform with regard to HSE matters.
    *HSE induction & training to all employees.
    *Advise management of changes in HSE legislation or customer requirements that could impact on the company.
    *Manage a multinational site safety team.
